https://www.bmj.com/content/392/bmj-2025-085304 this is an important systemic review and meta -analysis, which cauions against short term use of WLI's.....so particularly for those starting meds who have limited funds , please consider the likely need to have some form of maintenance / long term treatment or consider following and getting support from those posters who are managing to maintain their loss post-cesstion of treatment. Hopefully in the future there will be more affordable long term options!
