Voy - maintenance

Hello,
Has anyone experience of maintenance with Voy ? My BMI is 22.5 and I’ve had a message saying I no longer meet the prescribing criteria so need to arrange a call, happy to but am due a delivery this week and they’ve not replied to my message or approved my delivery My bmi should be below 23 (ethnicity guidelines), worried they’ll cut me off …. And I’m so near goal, I’ve been a slow loser so really want to taper slowly.

I’d do the call with them and see what they offer. I got a survey from them a while back and they were asking about a maintenance service. They’ll be keen to keep your custom.

I would do the call too but if they won’t prescribe, others will - Lotus does maintenance below bmi 23 as does bolt and others.
