I’m losing my mind on where to upload photos as part of my Mounjaro order. It’s not obvious. No email prompt. Driving me potty.

Anyone know where?

Can you see the same menu as on this screenshot (when it loads), the bit that has the list Dashboard, Inbox, Your Documents, Refer-a-friend?

When did you order? I placed an order today and the impression I got is once its been reviewed by a Dr you get an email with a link to upload pictures/video and then you have to wait again whilst its approved.

Where did you find it I might have to look and upload it if they don't actually send the email through

God knows! I think here:

I think click on the order that is pending. Then inbox, then It might take you to a bit where you have to upload a picture of your latest prescription box label.

THEN they email asking for a video.

So frustrating as it keeps saying error when I try to upload so I can't upload anything. I also can't get hold of anyone to actually speak to. I've switched provider a lot and this is the first time I've found it so complicated to do.
