Ordering again after buying multiple pens when the price went up

I was going to start a thread asking if anyone had done so and how they'd found it - whether prescribers had an issue with the delay in ordering... but I just ordered another 15mg pen from Lotus and I didn't even have to send any new pictures! Just confirmed my current weight and the order went through. So just in case anyone was worrying about that...

I have found Lotus super easy and a nice ordering experience - both in the panic of prices rises when I was a new customer to them, and now.

I last ordered pens in August and have been using them up - I guess that's just within 4 months ago - perhaps that's in time not to be cut off.

Anyone else experienced ordering again after a pause? (And/or have I missed a another thread already discussing this?!)

I've just been in the same position today as I too stockpiled in August. In the end I stayed with Zava whom I have been with since beginning - I had a code which gave me some money off.

Are you a new customer to Lotus?

I ordered with hey slim with a 2.5 month gap - no question asked

I first ordered with them in August before the price rise - they let me buy two 15mg pens. So not new but is only my second order with them. Pleasantly surprised!

Ah, thanks - I'll have to dig through and find my month thread... I started back in February! 70lbs off since then and can now complete a year. Not sure after that if I can justify the cost still... very much would if I could! Feel so much better on MJ.

I have lost just under 8 stone. But in a longer time. It's so hard financially I agree. I'm going to keep going - I still have weight to lose.

I think they're just happy to get the money, and if you ordered multiple pens from them they can see you've got them, I keep getting pestered to reorder as well despite not having had a pen from my provider in 3months + I've got a pen still cos I've been sub dosing, I will maybe order after Christmas.

I also have plenty weight still left to lose. I’ve been a bit stuck the past month or so despite being on 15mg but a renewed push should see me finally for the first time since my early twenties no longer obese. I’m currently 4lbs away, lol, so maybe before Christmas, which was my goal.

Only that still leaves me very overweight bordering on obese. Sigh. It’s a bloody long journey isn’t it?! And so so expensive now.

Yes, I wonder how much orders have fallen since the prices went up? I did think it probably wouldn’t be a problem but I remember there was a fair amount of scaremongering about stockpiling back when we all ordered!

I re-ordered with Oushk recently for the first time since the price rises, having bought several pens in September. It was all fine, but had to do photos and have an online consultation where they watched me stand on the scales. Was a bit of a faff and I'm hoping I don't need to do this every time I order a pen now.

I bought three pens (pens 16,17 & 18) in August, before the price rise, from ASDA (never change supplier).

No issues at all resuming buying again (pen 19 last month and 20 this month). Approval has gone back to one day (like it was in January before it went up to 3-5 days), so I am assuming that demand has dropped off - although there are of course other explanations.

It definitely isn't fun paying the extra (especially on 15 mg) but at least the pens still have the bonus/golden dose...

Yes! That was a big factor in my deciding I could afford another… Really hoping that doesn’t change soon 🤞

Had completely forgotten about the golden dose disappearing at some point.

I’ve had a couple of suppliers quibble and want to put me onto a lower dose as they said they couldn’t supply me if I hadn’t been taking the doses as prescribed. I took pictures of the boxes of all the pens I’ve had and sent them as evidence and they then gave me the dose I wanted.
