Stomach ache

Been on Maunjaro for 8 weeks and now experiencing bad stomach aches Feels like bad period pains. Is this a common side effect? Sometimes it's straight after eating the smallest amount, or just comes and goes for no obvious reason.

You do need to be careful what you eat as most people find there are foods that trigger side effects, mainly fatty greasy food or too many carbs. For me its pizza. Eating protein and veg is a better diet both for losing weight and minimal side effects. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water to keep your body hydrated and food moving along your GI system.
Could also be gallbladder symptoms which is triggered by obesity, fast weight loss and worsened with fatty foods.

Not eating anything fatty or any cards Today in pain after a rice cake, and only drinking water .

I have always found rice cake and corn cakes very bloating I can’t eat them even when not taking MJ.

I get period like cramps when I’m constipated (sorry if TMI 😄 ) and also as pp have said, if I have eaten something heavy. For me this is fatty food and beef. I now know what triggers stomach ache so I try to stay away from those foods.

Are you getting enough fibre and fluid, ie water, could you be constipated?

I have eaten, steak, pork, lamb, shish kebab and just had a homemade chow mein stir fry cooked in sesame oil.
