Avoid this company. Be careful! It is a SCAM!!!
I had initially ordered Wegovy and they've immediately got the money out of my bank account. The following day, I contacted them and asked to switch to Mounjaro. Their assistant said that it was absolutely fine as the product hadn't been dispatched yet. To my surprise, I still received Wegovy despite all the reassurance from their company. I complained about it several times to no avail. Basically, the customer service is nonexistent. When, I've finally received a reply from a human being by email, they've categorically refused to have any accountability blaming the AI assistant. The digital assistance didn't know what has been processed as it doesn't have access to my order details. So, what is the point to communicate with them if no one takes any responsibility. Now, I've lost all the payment as they are refusing to refund me. Also, I am stuck with a product that I do NOT want. It is a total SCAM!

Avoid this company - Juniper has NO customer care and won't take any responsibility for anything.

It's not a scam, though, rather than just really crappy customer service. It's not a surprise that they took payment for a medication that you ordered. After that, the rest is poor service and poor communications. Sorry that you have ended up with Wegovy that you didn't want, and no refund.

Have they at least definitely cancelled your subscription? Otherwise you may end up with another Wegovy pen and money taken next month!

That is not, in any way shape or form, a scam.

So you got what you had originally ordered and they didn’t swap it for you?

Yeah, what you describe is not a scam which makes your thread title/post content pretty misleading and verging on libellous.

Did the AI assistant actually process an order change / send an email with the amendment? If not your original order would stand. These companies are sending orders out in huge volumes and many, not only Juniper, are not setup for indecision from customers after orders have been placed and are in the pipeline.

This is not, or at least shouldn’t be, an impulse / change your mind a few hours later type of purchase. Have a think about why you ordered Wegovy in the first place, what changed in a few hours? Are you sure you won’t change your mind again and can use the pen.

you need to cancel your subscription, but what’s happened here was the order was processed before a human had the chance to get involved. And no as they can’t guarantee the cold chain they won’t refund as it was your error not theirs.

Also why didn’t you just call them instead of waiting for email to be dealt with?

why did you change your mind? This is a serious medication to order one thing , then immediately change your mind, then chat to a robot, and not bother calling, isn’t great. The issue is simply it was processed before a human could read the email.

Frustrating OP, but this is a long-time supplier with many happy users on this forum, so definitely not a scam.

Hope you can get a resolution. AI chatbots are a menace!

I don’t use Juniper now but I did for a while. Their customer service was great and ordering/delivery first class. NO SCAM!

You simply had an unfortunate experience - go through the proper channels to sort it out ffs! You just cannot throw libellous comments like this around on a public forum!!

And grow up! You’re having a paddy like a 3 year old!
