Hair loss

Has anyone else suffered from serious hair loss on Mounjaro? I lost about 4 stone over around 6 months, and have been maintaining for the last 2 months while I taper my dose down. My aim is to stop taking it altogether, if I can.

However! I am still losing loads of hair, despite not losing any weight for a while now. I've read online that hair loss is a consequence of weight loss, not mounjaro specifically, but I was hoping that the hair loss would stop now I am not losing weight any more.

Has anyone else had this? And, has anyone come out the other side and have their hair grow back after a while? I'm starting to get worried that I will not have any hair left!

It takes 3 - 6 months from weight stabilising, mine was about 3 months, now I’ve all the little bits. It’s not the drugs, it’s quite a common side effect to weight loss, just so many people now losing a lot of weight it’s more common obvs, don’t worry it does come back

I have always had a lot of hair. I lost a good two thirds of it over around 5 months. I stopped the jabs. A year on I've regained the hair at the back (along with the weight) but it hasn't come back at the front and my hairline is higher than it used to be.
