Anyone experiencing Raynauds or poor circulation?

Started MJ in Aug and I’ve noticed I’m getting white fingers like Raynaud’s disease? It’s obviously got worse now it’s winter and I’m not sure if I should be concerned or not?
Ive never had raynauds before so it’s new, I’m cold a lot more (like so many of us).
My toes also go numb when I’m out and about and get cold. I’ve noticed I get pins and needles quickly when I cross my legs too or lie on my side in bed (top leg resting on bottom).
Today at the gym I was doing the abductor machine and noticed a pins and needles feeling in my right leg whenever I pushed out. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this since starting the drug?

Bumping a December thread to say yes, me too!

I started taking WG in November and have loss a modest amount of weight since then - am still overweight. Today, fingers on both hands have gone white and freezing cold after I popped out in the car in cold weather.

This is new to me - I certainly haven’t experienced this at this (not low!) weight before.

Yes. Started August 2024, now have raynauds and my toes go numb. I have to wear thermal stuff to keep warm now. Never had this problem before MJ.

I lost 3 stone without any weight loss medication and have Reynolds since,so it may just be a result of weigh loss on its own and not related to the medication.

My sister developed Raynauds after she lost a lot of weight very quickly. This was years ago before WLI were a thing. It went away when she filled out again and she has not had it since.

I had it when I was fat! Not suffered yet since I have lost weight - but not been out much tbh.
I'll report back when I do go out

I have had occasional, mild Raynaud’s all my life whether healthy weight or otherwise when I am still for too long. I noticed an immediate increase in the frequency as soon as I started mounjaro. I also get pins and needles like described by a pp. Weirdly, in the very early months i also noticed this just in my feet when I started walking after long periods of inactivity. I assume it’s got to be an impact of mj on circulation - it’s also lowering blood pressure and I have postural hypotension (dizzy/ vision loss when standing up quickly) less often for all of these now i’ve been on it about 9 months.

Turtledoves wrist warmers help and wool socks. Also learning not to leap up from lying down to standing without a pause in between!
