Restarting on Mounjaro

I’ve had a look at some previous threads but would appreciate some advice if you’ve done this!!

After the price hike, I bought 2 pens of 12.5mg MJ which lasted until my last dose on 2nd November. I then used Wegovy for a month.

It hasn’t worked for me so I want to go back to MJ.

Lotus have told me I need to restart at 2.5mg as have Oushk.
This seems crazy - are there any providers who will restart me on 5mg or even 7.5mg?

I presume the dates on the boxes look like I haven’t used it since August but surely common sense comes into play?! I can’t be the only one who did this?

If I have to restart at the beginning, so be it but it just seems silly and a waste of a LOT of time & money… 🙁

You could maybe try Swift and explain what the sequence of events was and see if they say the same as Lotus and Oushk.

Alternatively you could continue with Wegovy, as it could be too soon to know that it definitively isn’t working for you?

What dose of wegovy are you on? It's worked really well for me, strong suppression 2nd week in and lost 0.5lb first week at 58.7kg so thats amazing. I'm on 1.7mg from 7.5-10mg. The poor reviews tend to be from using lower doses.
