How does anyone find it?

Any side effects?

how quickly before you noticed actual weight-loss?

Love it. Some nausea at first. But passes if I eat something. I’ve lost two stone. But I’m not on maximum dose for cost reasons. My friend on MJ has lost the same amount but much quicker and his skin has gone crepy, mine is normal.
