Nausea - I did a stupid thing!

I did a stupid thing. Went out to eat last night and ordered a burger. It was jab day but I decided to jab in the evening after we’d been out. Oh my…the nausea today after injecting after eating a burger. I feel like I’m afloat on a sea of sick.

Finally managed to eat something plain tonight but I can’t believe I did something so daft. I normally eat so healthily so I guess my body is massively protesting. I’ve tried Pepto and Rennies and nothing much is helping. Has anyone got any other cures.

Poor you! When I was on mounjaro nothing at all made me nauseous or upset my stomach. I think I was lucky.

I always felt ill if I injected at night and woke up in the night feeling sick. Always take it in the morning and eat a very small amount of a non greasy thing for breakfast or lunch.

Don't beat yourself up about it and I suspect you probably won't do it again. Eat plain non greasy food today and hopefully you'll feel better soon.
