Hi, I’m just getting to the point of weaning down / maintenance but want to find a new provider (not currently using an online one). Who have people switched for that are good please. :) I don’t mind spending a bit more for a plan but just want to get a good reliable company. :) thank you :)

I am currently with Medicine Marketplace. Very consistent, great price and next day free delivery. They do ask for confirmation of weight each order but I would rather know that whoever is prescribing is actually ensuring what I’m ordering is safe for me to continue to use, especially as I’m at a BMI of 21 ish

I'm currently using SwiftDoctor who I have found to be quick as per their name, and consistent. Prices are usually in the lowest 5 to 10 providers without needing a discount or referral code.

I’ve used Cloud and Swiftdoctor both very good and reliable.

Another satisfied Swift Doctor customer here. Highly recommend.

Very happy with Swift

There is a table on this page which might be helpful for comparison: https://click.compare/mounjaro-maintenance/

I’ve also moved to Swift Doctor for the purpose of maintenance. I’ve not been loyal to one provider throughout - I have used various to get new customer deals but now I am at target I went back to Swift for a ‘final’ pen (had used them in August too when I got a few pens from different pharmacies before price hike) as they allow you to restart with them with a gap of up to 12 months. I want to try stopping but keep the option of restarting open if I can’t keep within the healthy bmi range. I never want to have to be obese again to be able to get a prescription.

both orders I’ve been impressed with the service. Quick human response being the main thing for me! Not just auto emails and bots, prices are never the very cheapest but they are at the reasonable end of the current market without the need for codes and swapping.

Good to see Swift getting so much praise! When I hit my prescriber's BMI limit I plan to head there too.

I need to move over to a maintenance provider too soon. Do SwiftDoctor need you need to share proof of your existing prescription?

monjmaintainer · 27/11/2025 17:13

I initially planned on Oushk as they were one of the first to highlight maintenance plans as a thing. But after spending time watching some of their ‘lives’ and being signed up for their emails I realised whilst that level of support and cosy, pink ‘hun’ vibe might be really reassuring for some it’s the opposite of what I want in a health provider. I think they do have some good options though so might be another one to consider. I also read that Pharmulous are good for maintenance.

Yes, when I placed my first order with them in August they asked for the usual sort of photos and a photo of my last prescription label (I was ordering the next step up). When I reordered this month I explained the gap due to buying 3 pens in August and that I wanted to drop down a dose for this pen before coming off in the new year they just asked a few extra specific questions before prescribing.

somehow despite using 6 providers this year I’ve never had to do a video call, just lots of variations on photos with dates/scales etc but I think that will become much more common going forward.

I moved when my BMI was 25. They asked to see evidence of previous prescription and a full body photo holding a sign with that day’s date. I have ordered each month since then.

Been with Pharmulous for nearly a year now and they are exceptional. Reliable, responsible and efficient with excellent support for maintenance.

I have no plans to move at all!
