Mounjaro mistake

Hello. I was currently on 7.5mg mounjaro and I changed provider and I selected the wrong pen and got the 2.5mg. Shall I just carry on and go to 5mg the next one. Feel bloated lots atm is this because of the drop.

Have you started to use the 2.5mg pen?

Also, you may find it hard to get a 7.5mg pen if you haven't had a prescription for one for a while.

I don't really understand why you would have started to use the 2.5mg when you were on a 7.5mg dose. Surely the only thing to do, if you couldn't have cancelled or changed the order, is to take the hit of paying for the 2.5mg pen and then just order another 7.5mg from a different provider?

I’m also confused, why didn’t you just explain your error and order a 7.5. Was it financial, did you not wonder at the price?

Don't use it. Keep it for later and order another 7.5.

I get the feeling that @Sfp083 has already used a dose from the 2.5mg pen, so it won’t keep if it’s already open.
