ETA it's 3 weeks since last dose, not 4.
I've been on mj since March last year, have lost over 100lbs, still have 3st to get to 'overweight' BMI. I was taking 10, but accidentally missed a week, then thought fuck it, I'll try without. I'm back to having a rumbling tummy 1.5 hours after eating a meal and the food noise is deafening.
Have you had a short break? Did you go all the way back to 2.5 and increase monthly or try to wing it a bit and move up more quickly.
I'm aware of the official advice, but I'm looking for real-life experiences.
