Does hair loss ever stop?

I haven't taken any injections since end of September, I decided to go cold turkey
But my hair is still coming out at a rapid rate, I'm on 4 different vitamins to try and combat it, plus hair growth shampoo
I haven't lost any weight in about a month, but just wondering when I can expect an improvement 😰😰

It stopped for me once I was no longer eating in a calorie deficit and took a few months thereafter to stop.

It comes back 3 - 6 months after weight stablilises, it’s the weight loss that causes it, the stress to the body makes the hair follicles shut down, and the hair to shed 3 times faster. Once weight stablilises, it comes back, but it is about 3-6 months, howver it grows much faster than old hair if that makes sense, I lost some, no one goes bald, my weight stabilised about 7 months ago and the new hair is a good two inches long, started coming back about 2 months ago.

I’ve got loads of regrowth, I’ve been maintaining (and still take MJ) for about 6 months now, I check the plug after washing and it’s back to pre weightloss levels.
It’s worrying when you are losing hair, but hopefully it won’t go on too long.

I've lost a lot of hair too. I think its the meds. Lots of people have lost weight in other ways eg weight watchers, gastric surgery, keto but haven't lost hair like on WLI. I've been losing hair at a higher rate since month 3 and it's month 13.5 now so been going on 10.5 months!
They say once you stop using it will grow back but the hair cycle is 3 months, so 3 months after you've stopped it will start growing back.

I’ve lost hair in the same way on other diets and after stressful events. Covid hit me hard in 2020. But each time it has come back after a few months and has been as thick and glossy as ever. Might feel the need to tie it up more for a while but it’s not forever.

I’m not convinced it’s the MJ as I have had the same on every successful diet I’ve done (and I’ve done a fair few in my 60 plus years!). I also find I shed a lot in Autumn whether dieting or not.

Try not to worry, it will come back.

I have been losing hair for about 3 months now. It's happened to me when I've lost weight before, not on MJ. Hard to tell if it's worse on MJ, but it shows no sign of stopping. I'm quite chilled about it though. Healthy with shit (or no) hair is preferable to unhealthy with fabulous hair!

My friends stopped once she was off the injections and not in a deficit anymore

Thank you all for the comments
I'm not sure if it was weight loss related or medication related as I've never lost weight before
Good thing is it should start regrowing next month into January, fingers crossed
