Inflammation

Has anyone seen an improvement in inflammation or anything similar? I've been on Mounjaro for 2.5 months and where the weight seems to have most noticeably dropped off is around my knees. Random! I injured them both playing football competively as a teen and I guess they were puffy since then. But I never really thought much about. They were bulky and are now not. I've lost about a stone. The thing is, I've been slimmer and lighter than this in the past in my early thirties for example, through diet and exercise, and my knees never looked as streamline as now - I really wasn't expecting to change. Could it have been inflammation (was never painful) ? Anyone experienced similar?
I'm 48 now - maybe knees just get knobblier and bonier with age.

Or wedding rings fitting/ other joints feeling and looking less puffy?

I've been on MJ for 4 months now and I've definitely seen a difference with my joints, I'm hypothyroid with fibro and arthritis. My knees have been very swollen since I was 11 and last week was the first time in many, many years that I could actually see the outline of my kneecap. I can finally get my engagement ring on too, it's amazing!

My carpal tunnel completely vanished about 4 weeks in to taking it and my tendon issues have also gone! I really hope there is much more research into how GLP-1s affect inflammation, so many more people could benefit

I could do a sitting kneel very quickly after starting, couldn’t do one for years before hand as my ankles didn’t bend back, and my ankles also stopped being stiff in the morning.

Yes, far less chronic back soreness with a couple of weeks. And the insides of my elbows and knees which were often mysteriously sore to the touch are absolutely fine now.
