MJ to Wegovy - Higher dose

I’m currently on 15 mg of Mounjaro and want to switch to Wegovy. Does anyone know of a pharmacy that will allow me to start on a higher Wegovy dose? I’d prefer not to begin again at the lowest dose since I’m already on a high dose of Mounjaro.
