Just About on goal and so determined to not gain ever again. Saw article kn this in the times - anyone used it? What do you think. According to the times very small
clincosl trial (I think only 30 people)? elcella.com/pages/how-it-works?utm_source=Klaviyo&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=%5BWDM%5D+Welcome+Series&_kx=5nc2yZTwRmS3T9YCZ3RQbamK3YLuifQO5ahCG7-OG8k.SLGhKh

I think it sounds like an interesting idea, but the people behind this are making very big claims with very very little evidence. They are also leaning on their backgrounds as scientists to promote this, which feels a bit off to me. It’s also a food supplement not a medicine which means that it isn’t subject to the same standards as a medicine and they can make woolier claims with minimal evidence because it’s not a medicine. It’s also almost as expensive as Wegovy.

I know the price is astronomical! Be interested if anyone has used it. I’ve messaged them to ask about data they haven’t published (eg correlations between response and user profile - age, sex, BMI etc). The fact they haven’t published those data suggest incredibly small samples

It's just coconut and flaxseed oil isn't it? Could probs buy separately for a lot cheaper and have half a teaspoon of each or whatever equivalent amounts it is or buy similar capsules on amazon. I've already got MCT oil to add to my protein shakes. Definitely helps keep me satiated and fuller for longer.

Yeah. I think the usp is the delivery system so it doesn’t get absorbed in the stomach

Absorption happens in the villi in the small intestines, maybe its to avoid the acid in the stomach. Most gastro resist capsules would work for this though.

I think there is an article about it here already and someone mentioned they lost about 7.5kg in three months. I lost close to a stone in a month on mounjaro and MJ is also cheaper so nope for me.

It read like an advertising feature to me.
