I’m currently titrating down. Got up to 12.5 (only 1 pen) and now down to 7.5. Hoping to get down to 2.5 or even microdosing half of that.
Anyway, I’d forgotten how much I hated 7.5 on the way up. I only did 1 pen as I it came with insomnia, fatigue, constipation. 5 and 10 on either side were great. 10 was def the sweet spot and I spent months on it. Can’t wait to go down to 5 as I feel rubbish on 7.5.
It’s really weird and I wonder what the science behind it is.
