Is there actually any evidence of this? I have blurred vision and struggle to see but also take prescription antihistamines so I thought for me it is this. As they dry my eyes. I also have reading glasses for astigmatism.

It gas scared me a bit. Can someone talk me down?

Im not a doctor i dont have the answers.
I added a comment like everyone else.

But surely any very serious side effects would have been discovered in the previous 10 years that these drugs have been used? It’s weird cos when there are new drugs for Alzheimer’s or blood pressure they are heralded as miracle drugs. All medication has side effects. I am one that requires me to have 3 monthly blood tests to check my thyroid, liver and kidneys as the medication is known to basically kill them. Pretty serious eh? And yet the only medication anyone has ever commented on to me about side effects and the unknown risks has been weight loss drugs. Wonder why that is?

I got eye symptoms from MJ so stopped taking it.
It was from about 3 or 4 weeks in, still on a low dose.
My left eye started feeling really odd. I don't quite know how to describe it - like it wasn't properly working. A PP mentioned dry eyes. I got that too.
I don't think it was age related degeneration coming on super-fast. I think it was related to the MJ.
Everyone can make their own judgment about the risks to them and take it or not take it as they want. But I was scared and didn't want to continue. I would rather be overweight and be able to see, than thin and blind.
