I’ve been on Wyegovy for 12 weeks. I just feel dizzy and faint all the time. I’ve only lost 5lbs too. Is it not suitable for me?

Are you eating little and often? Drinking enough water? It could be low blood sugar due to not enough food or a too high dose. What dose are you on?

I’m eating little and often and drinking lots but it doesn’t make much difference. I’m on 1mg x

I haven’t lost much weight either!

What exactly are you eating on a typically day and what activity are you doing?

Yes little and often but also enough to sustain you. Depends on your weight so use tdeecalculator.net to work out daily calories and track on myfitnesspal app. I get it if I haven't eaten for a while.

Yep. Does little and often mean half a carrot every 2 hours with a more substantial rice cake at dinner time with a total calorie intake of 200 across the day, or does it mean 5 small meals focused on high protein, high fibre, moderate fat and low carb and with a total calorie intake of 500 below your TDEE?

Thank you. I’ve checked my calories and I’m eating way under. You’d think I’d loose weight! My appetite is very suppressed so I have to force myself to eat tbh.

usual day would be
protein yoghurt with granola
fruit snacks
mugshot or sandwich/soup
dinner - normal stuff but just small portions.

Well I do 2 small meals and a protein shake as I don't need to snack and hit protein goals of 75-105g a day at a weight of 58.7kg and do low carb but like I said its different for everyone, enough to sustain and to use tdeecalculator.net to work out calories and track on myfitnesspal app. I wouldn't have thought what I said meant a carrot and rice as that wouldn't sustain anyone plus its just carbs which leads to muscle loss.

@herewegoagogo has GP ruled out Labyrinthitis or Benign Positional Vertigo?
