Delivery when out

Hi all, are there any providers of Monjaro that will leave parcels when when you are not in? I am rarely in during the day, so don't want to have to sign for it. Bonus points if their packaging is discreet! Thank you

Swift, who I use currently, usually use DPD, who will leave in your designated place if you're not in for delivery.

Pharmacies with high street/supermarket pharmacies usually let you pick up from there, eg Asda, Boots and others, I think.

Thank you @SilenceInside, this is really helpful. I was about to order with Pharmacy2u but I don't think the delivery will work for me. I will look into the providers you have mentioned.

I think you can redirect a Royal Mail delivery to a post office via the Royal Mail app/website, once it's been dispatched and is en route. But I have to say I have not tried this myself.

MedicineMarketPlace use Royal Mail and you don't have to be in, or can divert to a local post office

Yes I used pharmacy2 u for my first dose last week; it arrived on Saturday and they gave me a 3 hour window which might not be too convenient for you.

Pharmacy Express use Royal Mail and it doesn't have to be signed for - mine get left on the doorstep which works for me, but you might need to be careful if you live somewhere that parcels might be stolen

Southwest12 · 14/11/2025 10:21

I use Zava which is sent Royal Mail signed for. I only recently realised that you can divert a parcel to a local parcelshop. We have one round the corner that does Royal Mail and is open until 10pm. So now I just divert it when I get the email from Royal Mail the night before saying they are due to deliver.

unicornsandchocolate · 14/11/2025 10:33

Thanks all! I have ordered from Pharmacy2u (the sign up discount on as good) and hope to divert to the post office once they say it has been dispatched. I wouldn't have thought of doing this myself.

I'm on jabs for other things but I get them delivered to work and put in fridge there

Depending where you live, post office don’t always get signatures - my postie left my 1st dose parcel behind our bins as I wasn’t in.

It can depend on what option the supplier chooses when dispatching - I once had orders from two suppliers delivered on the same day (long story!) and they came in two different Royal Mail vans as one needed to be signed for and the other didn't.

momental · 14/11/2025 20:06

IQ doctor and pillsorted both allowed redirection to local post office. @unicornsandchocolate - I was thinking of also ordering from Pharmacy 2 U so would be good to know if they also allow redirection!

SodiumPhenoxide · 14/11/2025 20:42

Asda send via dpd (well always have to me). Say you need to be in but they’ve left it multiple times on the doorstep now (even through we are in!). You can also collect in store at their pharmacy, which is probably better if that is an option.
