Spotting and breast pain after jab

I’ve been using Mounjaro since May and have lost nearly 3 stone! Hurrah!!!

I’ve noticed that in the 2/3 days following an injection, that I get a bit of spotting and some breast tenderness.

Anyone else get this?

I am 45 and had the merina coil fitted earlier this year to help with symptoms of perimenopause, particularly very heavy bleeding. It’s done the trick, but my periods are now very light and sporadic instead.

So it’s difficult to be certain if the mounjaro is causing this spotting or if i would have had sporadic breakthrough bleeding anyway and the timing is pure coincidence!?

I have slightly irregular periods on MJ I've bled twice this month. I think weight loss releases estrogen which can cause bleeding?

No spotting. I'm 53 and on the mini pill to control my endometriosis. But geez my boobs, especially my nipples have been sore recently.
