Turn pen down to lower dose

Hi everyone. I've been on Mounjaro since May 2025 & lost 3 stone by staying on 2.5 dose. I've got the 5 dose now & turned pen down 45/50 clicks to lower dose as the 5 dose in August set my hiatus hernia into spasm & I was really unwell.
Does anyone know how much Ive actually had now I've turned pen down.? I need to lose another 2 stone. Thank you girls.

Well, was it 45 or 50 clicks?
The dose from both of those would be different.

@Col2840 clicks of 5mg is 3.33mg abd 50 clicks is 4.1mg

It’s just percentages. A full dose from any pen is 60 clicks, the full turn to the 1 position. If you did 45 clicks then that’s 45/60 or 75%, so that’s 75% of the 5mg which is 3.75mg. 50 clicks is 50/60 which is 83%, so 83% of the 5mg is 4.17mg.

All my friends have found going up a dose really easy with little or no side effects.
I suffered dreadfully from my hiatus hernia when I went upto the 5mg dose but that's only because I gave this stomach hernia plus no gallbladder. I would recommend Mounjaro to anyone who actually needs it. Its helped me to lose 3 stone & I feel better for it. I hope you manage really well.
