I ordered 10mg Mounjaro from Pharmacy2U on Tuesday night. Got a message through online account asking me to upload photos of previous prescription. I did this promptly. I then received another message asking me to upload videos of me showing me holding my ID, and another video of me standing on the scales showing my weight.
Here is where the problems began. After trying on multiple browsers, I am unable to upload any videos as I get an error saying my phone has no front or rear camera. My phone does have a front and rear camera. I have taken many photos and videos with it. The video has to be recorded through Pharmacy2U's website. I even tried on another phone and their website simply does not work for this purpose. I have had to ask to cancel the order and ask for a refund as I can't upload any videos. Been a bit of a nightmare honestly. Anyone else had this? It's put me off ordering from anywhere else in case it happens again.
