Just that really! I’m interested in micro-dosing and would love to hear from anyone who’s done it through the Healand Clinic… and whether it’s worked for you or not. Thanks 😊

Me! I'm nearly two months in and weigh 8st something for the first time in years. I was 9st 10 when I started.
Microdosing is great for me, and the service from Healand has been really professional.

@DanceDanceRevolutionsCongrats! You must feel fantastic. Has it all been remote consultations?

Yes, all remote. An initial phone consultation and then monthly check-in calls.

@DanceDanceRevolutionsHave you experienced any side effects?

Yes, I have. I have less energy than I used to and I've also been very cold. But that has abated somewhat in the last couple of weeks.

Fluffypiece · 07/11/2025 13:32

I’m with them too and it has done what I’d hoped it would. I think they’ve been ok to deal with - but VERY expensive for the amount of MJ you’re actually using!

@DanceDanceRevolutions are you planning to stay on once you’ve reached goal weight?

blizymitzy · 07/11/2025 15:24

Oh this is very interesting.
can you tell me more about this as I’d love to loose weight but slowly with the jabs help which is what I’m assuming this is ?

awillothewispaclown · 08/11/2025 14:08

@FluffypieceThat’s good to hear, I’m glad it’s gone well for you. Tbh I’ve heard nothing but positive experiences (looking at other threads too) so I think it’s something I’m going to pursue 👍🏼

I'm just below goal weight now @Fluffypiece - goal was 9st - so I'll be coming off and maintaining.

The main downside seems to be cost fo the amounts dispensed. But I would guess that those who get from there don’t have the option of regular online pharmacies.

@MeridaBrave you’re right, it is annoying… but because I have an obese waist measurement (probably the marker that’s more indicative of risk, but not in the eyes of the NHS) rather than an obese BMI, it may be my only option 🤷🏼‍♀️

I let my weight drift up to a BMI of 27.
