A few months now on Mounjaro and I've started to get very sore knees. I've got some joint care tablets which really seem to be helping but its got me thinking, are there any other vitamins or supplements it might be good for me to be taking?

I had this but it was linked to me ramping up my exercise. I went from nothing to doing 7,000 steps a day overnight. I ended up at chiropractor and all knee issues were resolved after 5 sessions. I had an x-ray and it was my knees that where the problem.

It is recommended that adults take a regular dose of vitamin D in the winter. On the NHS website advice is that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement during the autumn and winter. Symptoms of a vitamin D deficiency can include fatigue, bone and muscle pain, hair loss, and getting sick more frequently.
