Anyone had a gastric sleeve and tweaking and working your way through the best supplements?

I need 100mg of iron a day and I was taking vega vitamins 50mg x 2 but spotted Sunday Natural 45mg with vitamin C, so I bought a load of it, about 6 months worth

Ive only been taking them a few days but had stomach ache since and as Ive had a cold which always makes me sickie I didnt think anything of it, but today I had terrible stomach ache after taking them and virtually havent been able to eat much all day due to the pain each time I do.

I need the bisglycinate to avoid constipation. I used to take Baricol but since they changed to a different company, my provider didnt recommend the new formulation so I started shopping around and now use Celebrate but dont use the vitamin tablet with iron as its not the bisglycinate

Tbf, it's weight loss injections/treatments and a gastric sleeve is a weight loss treatment. I think it's just a very specific request that not many people will have any experience of.

I thought there had been lots of threads some time ago (might have been a couple of years ago) with lots of information about surgery and a lot of us were chatting but Im rubbish at finding things.
