My question is when you start and your BMI is 30, will the pharmacist stop prescribing when you get to 27 BMI, or are you able to continue to a BMI of 21-24?

You continue until you are into the healthy weight range, the pharmacy will not stop prescribing before that. Once you are in the healthy weight range pharmacies will have different policies about maintenance and whether they will continue to prescribe. All will stop prescribing if your BMI gets to the low end of healthy, or into underweight.

I want to lose 15kg and be a BMI of 21/22 does anyone know of anywhere that would allow that ?

And how are people with BMI of 25/26 getting approved?

People with a BMI of 25/26 are not getting WLI legitimately prescribed from online pharmacies. They are lying to the pharmacies or getting injections from a non-legitimate source.
