2 weeks ago, I went on the site and started an order but never finalised the eligibility quiz and send in my pictures. I have just looked at my statement and they have taken the money out. I cannot find out how to contact them. There are no details in the account and the site keeps prompting me to finish the quiz. I have no support email, order ID, or reference number.

You choose the Wegovy, put your details in then it asks for pictures and I decided not to proceed at that point.

Wow, that’s outrageous.

Have you contacted your bank? I filled the information in on their website too but the code I had didn’t work so I abandoned it. Then they emailed me with a different code, I clicked it and followed the link. It asked me to put in my payment details and then I noticed that they had removed the monjaro from my basket and replaced it with wegovy. I went back to my emails and reread it and it was all so very carefully worded. ‘Weight loss programme’ rather than naming the medication.

As an aside m I don’t t think there’s any providers that don’t ask for a photo now.

Is the money actually out out of your account or are they just holding it because they are assuming you will take photos and proceed?

I assumed they would only take the money once photos received and an actual order was placed. I was going to change from Zava but could not be bothered taking the pictures so I went straight onto the zava site and ordered from there instead. I have now reported it to my credit card.

They’re behaving quite strangely. I’ve been sent two orders in two weeks. They were unapologetic and were quick to say return and refund wasn’t possible but they are happy to delay my next order. Well that’s great but I had t bargained on nearly £600 going out of my account this month.

OP you can query the charge via your bank. The bank should refund you while they're investigating.

I really do wonder if they are just holding the money in your account as they will assume you are just doing the photos. A similar thing happened to me when I tried to use Numan. I filled everything in and they emailed for photos including one of the prescription label which I didn’t have because I’d throw the box away. They messaged me to say I couldn’t have it because I couldn’t provide the photo and that I wouldn’t be charged. But in the meantime the money was definitely set aside/reserved in my account because I saw it. There’s a proper name for it.

Juniper replied 10 minutes after I sent my email and agreed to refund me. Not sure why they took the money in the first place (it def was not pending) if the order was not placed.
