I started MJ in Feb with a bmi of 37.3 I've lost 2s 9lbs since then and am currently on 5mg
From April I started swimming 3-5 times a week going at a moderate pace and definitely getting my heart rate up.
And from July added in some pilates and a bit of weight training a couple of times a week. I also have a physical job and generally hit 10k-14k steps a day.
Im allowed 1400 calories according to nutracheck and aim for 110g protien.
The last 2 months I've been around 12s 5 and I'm feeling really frustrated.
Nothing has changed. Im being consistent varying food drinking enough and loosing and gaining the same few lbs.
Any words of advice welcome
