2.5mg dose from 5mg pen

Hello ,
im about to start a new pen on Friday .
im currently on 2.5mg have lost 19.5lbs in the first month .
i ordered 5mg but when I think about it the 2.5mg is working and i probably don’t need to go up to 5mg just yet .
Can I take a 2.5mg dose from a 5mg pen?
