Changed to Wegovy & now food noise & no loss

I was on MJ for 5 months and lost 40lbs, relatively easily. I went up to 10mg and felt sick all the time so then dropped down to 7.5 as suggested by pharmacy. Then slowly over the next 2.5 months I gained back 10lbs (around 1lb a week). Pharmacy suggested going up again but this time getting onto 12.5 asap but then the price hike happened and after 2 weeks with no med (pharmacy mess up) I've ended up going on Wegovy (1.0)

After 5 weeks on Wegovy I have just constantly lost and gained the same 2lbs - the food noise is back and the sugar cravings are terrible. I'm finding myself putting food in my mouth without thinking and have on 2 occaisions eaten until I was overfull - on MJ that never happened and I had zero food noise. I was usually in a deficit on MJ and I feel like nothing's happening on Wegovy

I still have another 20lbs to lose and I know its supposed to get harder the closer you get to your goal but I've now essentially stalled for 3 months. The weight I'm at I've managed to get to in the past through intermittant fasting and lower carbs but food (making it/measuring it/calculating it) became my whole life and I hated that and it wasn't sustainable. I have never been able to get below and stay below this number since I've had my dd - am I just going to be stuck here, slightly overweight forever?

Pharmacy has suggested I go up to max dose on Wegovy which I'll try but it worries me that I then have nowhere to go...

Everyone else I know who I was on MJ with at the same time has now moved into maintenance and just kept losing and I feel really stuck and frustrated. Anyone have advice?

I don’t have advice but I’m on wegovy and I do have to stop myself eating. Sugar cravings still there, the only thing is I will have some sugar and be able to stop where as before, it would be a full day binge
I definitely have food noise especially 3/4pm
from what I’ve read it seems mj is a lot stronger in suppression than wegovy. I only got noticeable suppression for the first few weeks.

however, I am still loosing on average 1 pound per week.
But it’s not easy, it’s still using willpower daily, busting a gut in the gym, plenty protein and it seems to be shifting slowly.
do you do exercise and hit your protein?

I'd advise tracking food to stick to a deficit. I've been on MJ for a year and consistently lose unless I eat high carbs, which has only happened in 4 weeks in the whole year, but at least I keep an eye on macros and calories with tracking. These days I have a lot of protein I had 85g yesterday and weigh 9st 7lbs 60.5kg, I weighed 13st 1lbs 83kg when I started. Even on Xmas day I had only 1000 cals.
I've really been strict and essentially been on a diet for a year but it's paid off. I don't exercise due to working and commuting around 11-12hrs a day.
I also weigh daily which let's me keep control over it.
Do you drink enough water? It really makes a difference along with low carb.
I was prediabetic so it was hard to lose especially as I needed 10mg and above to resolve my high blood sugar symptoms and for easier losses, I'm now tapering down, made it to 7.5mg down from 15mg and still losing.
