Fatigue and MJ

Does anyone struggle with this? I have very slowly titrated up to 5mg over 6 months now. But suffer so much with fatigue after a 5mg dose that I have delayed my injection this week. I usually inject on Thursdays but it makes weekends with my children difficult as it makes me so tired!

I was suffering with fatigue so tried l-tyrosine on the suggestion of several mounjaro users and it’s worked very well. Also works to alleviate low mood.

I started on L tyrosine in April, it really makes a difference for resolving dopamine interruption action of mounjaro. It does get worse the higher up doses you go, I went up to 15mg and I was like a zombie and I've had fatigue since the start. I wasn't sure if it was mounjaro or the low calories but I do think it's mounjaro.
