This is quite helpful when thinking about clicks.

You can, just turn 60 clicks and inject twice, no need to even change the needle if you are sticking it twice at same time,
but depending on your longer term plans it might not be the most efficient use to your resources as won’t last long. If you will likely be tapering down before its expiry date keep it to use as a 2.5mg later and just order what you need. Typically a 5mg is about £50-60 more at new prices and it’s double the amount of medicine.
