Starting Wegovy this weekend

Anyone else? I am 43 and 90kg. Really nervous and not overly sure. Ordered through Med express.

I started about 8/9 weeks ago OP, very nervous like you. I've lost 20lb so far with very minimal side effects (headache for a couple weeks when first starting). Go for it 💪 you won't regret it x

I always do mine on a Friday night after my evening meal. This is just so the suppression is strongest over a weekend when I'm more likely to buy crap foods 😬 also, I do it on an evening because on your "jab day", you're hungrier than normal as its running out, so me and the OH have a lovely meal on Fridays, to "splurge" as it were x
