Wegovy- Help needed

Hi everyone
I have just started my wegovy journey.
I have taken my first dose.
my problem is with the pen- this hasn’t retracted after dose- with dial not turning or button released.
An I doing something wrong or has the pen broken?

Hi @Suzy99 I don’t know about the Wegovy pens, sorry. I would contact your pharmacy and ask them for advice on what to do.

You could maybe post a picture of the pen here and see if anyone can advise too.

With Wegovy, there is nothing to retract, it just clicks back down to zero i think. If you look in the window on your pen, does it show a zero or your dose amount?

Just seen your photo, thats totally normal, its because the end doesn't twist out like mounjaro.

yeah the window now shows zero.
Was concerned about the clear window with the “screw”showing and if would work ok next time.
So sorry if this seems silly but new to this🙈

Have you only done one dose?
The pen looks empty

That's what I was thinking...the plunger has gone all the way to the bottom
