Work has just shared that it's National Cholesterol month - who knew! 😂
My cholesterol was 9.3 (eek) when I started MJ and my blood pressure was 160/140. I now don't need my BP meds, my cholesterol is 9.3 and I am on a lower dose of statin which I'd like to stop.
I have more energy (mental and physical) and confidence. It made me wonder what everyone else's health goals are for being on WLIs. Let's share our stories
