Recommendations for mounjaro maintenance provider

I'm due to order a new pen in November and I'm hoping this will be my last pen for weightloss and I'll be at target by the time I finish that pen. I know a lot of maintenance providers want you to have ordered a pen from them before and so I'm thinking whoever I order from for November will be who I stick with for maintenance.

In terms of what I'm looking for, since the price increase I already spread out my injections to every 10 days and count clicks/use the golden dose to take a smaller dose from a larger pen, and once on maintenance I would like to keep ordering a larger dose pen to titrate down through the doses, until I can get to the smallest dose possible. I'm aware this will take me way past the recommended 4 weeks but I'm aware of and comfortable with the risks.

So ideally I would like a maintenance provider who would allow me to order a 12.5mg/15mg pen every 3-6 months whilst maintaining a BMI of about 24. Any recommendations? TIA

You are extremely unlikely to find any GPhC registered pharmacy in the UK which would allow you to do that as it is outside of all guidelines and would result in them losing their prescribing licence (I’m being polite - you won’t find one and if you do they are not legit!)

You may find a private doctor who is willing to prescribe like this but again I think it is unlikely.

I agree you won’t find anyone legit to prescribe a high dose every 3-6 month. You would be better off ordering as normal and building up a stock pile. There are pharmacies that would allow you to start again after a break though

If you find a provider that does that count me in 😂, you should have been stockpiling op, buying as many of the larger doses as you could, a 10 mg pen has just lasted me 10 weeks, taking 5 from it, and I have loads more in the fridge, once they run out I will have to concede to 2.5 pen because that's how the prescribers work. So oushk I suppose who offer a plan to either help you off the jab or support you to restart if needed.

You have to start at 2.5mg after a break of 2 weeks or something so surely this is a no go?

I suppose my ideal situation was too good to be true 😂. I've got a plan now anyway so thanks for all the advice.
