Weird pain

Hi, I'm due to take my 3rd .25 wegovy shot on Friday. Have had a few mild side effects since starting but they've been manageable and seem to be quite common. This week, have had this weird, sharp pain on my upper abdomen, right hand side which started about 2 days after my second jab. It comes and goes pretty frequently - painful when it happens but not long lasting or requiring painkillers. Has anyone else had this? I've no history of gallstones or gallbladder issues? My friend thought it might come from my digestion slowing down but I just thought I'd check to see if this was a common side effect as I can't get to speak to my GP until next week - first telephone appointment available - or whether I should stop the wegovy altogether. Thanks.

Call 111 or your GP. We can’t help

It mightn’t be the same, but i started experiencing a pain there about a month ago. Had started MJ 1st May. I stopped 2 weeks ago and went to GP. A blood test revealed all was fine, but that didn’t explain the pain. I had an ultrasound this week and I’m getting my gallbladder out next week after they found 2 stones. No history of anything like that for me. Definitely worth getting checked asap

Thank you. Can't get passed by GP receptionist who insists I wait for next week's telephone consultation. We don't have 111 where I live. I was more looking to see if this was a common side effect rather than medical advice but appreciate the responses.
