Voy buyer beware!

Up until now, I’ve had completely brilliant service from Voy. Lost a lot of weight on Mounjaro. I cannot afford to stay on 10mg. I’d built up a big balance from referrals.

I was hoping that I would be allowed to use more than the £100 capped amount from my referrals as I come towards the end of my journey. Voy folded their arms, stuck their fingers in their ears and said no. Cannot use more than 100 to reduce cost of the dose.

So I have a very significant Voy balance which is no good to me now. Have cancelled.

Just felt I ought to share this in case it helps anyone.

Why weren’t you using your referral balance as you went along? This seems nuts to me. Of course they’re not going to let you build up a huge amount of credit and use it in one go.

I think it’s unfair to criticise a company for sticking to their advertised policy and not changing their rules at the request of a customer.

The referral balance was not ever real cash, it was always there with the caveat that you could only use it as a £100 max discount on each order. Presumably you’ve been able to do that throughout, so you had maximum benefit from their referral scheme already.

It was never real money, why on earth would you ever think they would give you personally extra money/discount for no reason?

I’ve never used them as I didn’t like the whole subscription/referral system, but they delivered what you signed up for, what are you actually warning people about?

So what are you going to do now? Order from elsewhere with no £100 discount?
