Explain the intialisms plz? TDEE??

I don't check in very frequently, when I do I find i can't understand half of what's being said because of the initialism. Is there a list anywhere?

this is also the MN list of acronyms, which probably won’t contain WLI specific ones. Are there any specific not on this list or already shared you need to know?

The are a few that are pharmacies such as TFC ( the family chemist ) or MMP (medicine market place) but you can usually tell from the context they are a pharmacy and can check on monj.co.uk for ideas of who it might be - or simply ask.

I will add STS, as in “this week STS” stayed the same

MJ = mounjaro

SW / CW / GW = starting weight, current weight, goal weight

Can’t think of any others that haven’t been mentioned already..
