Help with 2.5mg

Hi I have a 2.5mg of mounjaro left that hasn't been opened and is coming up to its use by date. I dont want to waste it but could anyone help with dosage please.
I am currently on 4mg (doctor advised micro dosing). I obviously know 2.5mg is 60 clicks but after that using another needle how many more clicks will I need to make it up to 4mg.

What Dr from what type of setting calls 4mg “micro dosing”?

clicks will be (4-2.5)/2.5*60

Most people do 3.75 if they want an in between dose of the 2.5 and 5 because it's easier to work out, 60 clicks, plus 30 clicks is 3.75, so I think, maybe 35 after the 60 would give you 4? What pen were you taking the 4 from before,? as it's quite a unusual dose, just because of how the pens are measured out.
