3.75mg out of 5mg pen

Can I get 5 doses out using the pen? Or do I need to extract 5th dose from an insulin injection? Thanks

Yes you should be able to. 3.75mg from a 5mg pen is 45 clicks, and 5 x 45 is 225 which is less than the 240 clicks needed for 4 lots of a full 5mg dose.

You could get 6 doses out of it if you wanted to do that but syringe or hard twist for last.
