Anyone still waiting for their medexpress order? I ordered 10mg on 22 August. I got an email yesterday saying it’s been some time since my last order (I went with someone else the month before) and offering to let me have 7.5mg. I have sent off my other prescription but they still haven’t processed. Good job I also ordered from pill sorted!!

yes! I ordered a 2.5 on the 25th of August…..still waiting

I ordered my next 7.5mg yesterday and it came today with Royal Mail.. perhaps there’s a shortage on the 10mg pen? Email them, they are quick at responding

i don’t know if they’re waiting for people to email to ask before processing, hoping they forget or something? But it seems to be working that way at the moment

I ordered 7.5mg on the 12th waited ages and then they requested a photo of my most recent prescription which was a 10mg. Again waited ages and got a message last week to say they were prescribing 2.5. I have kicked up a stink saying I wished the 7.5. They had credited my original £179 but I kicked up more of a stink and they had offered me the difference between the old cost and new cost of the pen. I assume they are overwhelmed with orders.

I ordered from them on the 28th August and got my order just over a week later. It was only a 5mg one though as they didnt have 7.5ml in stock

So I emailed and they haven’t replied. Meanwhile I ordered 10mg from pill sorted today and it has already been dispatched. I think they don’t want to fulfil the higher dose orders at pre-rise prices.

Ordered my 12.5mg pen yesterday after MedExpress emailed to let me know it was time.
It arrives tomorrow.
I did have to pay £303.94 including p&p though.
Been with them over a year now.

The 10mg I ordered with pill sorted was £239 plus postage yesterday. Medexpress still haven’t updated my order.

From what I've heard MedExpress are very hit and miss.
Let's hope Pill Sorted come through for you.

Medexpress are a nightmare with their processing times, I switched to Cuva Health, order was literally approved within hours and i got it next day via royal mail, defo sticking with them, fairly cheap too.

I ordered 5mg on 18th August, I got it this week.

Finally arrived today.
