Oushk have let me down, anyone else?

So when the shit hit the fan a few weeks ago with price increases, Oushk messaged to say you could buy 3 pens if you were an existing customer.

I wasn’t really interested in panic buying, so left it a few days for things to calm down.

when I actually logged in, I could only buy 2 pens, but decided that might be enough anyway.

chose a delivery date of 31/8. All good so far.

no comms from Oushk, and no delivery as expected. Logged into my account, and they had changed my delivery date to 5/9 without informing me.

no worries, that will be my jab day for the new pen, so will be fine.

well, after chasing them since Friday, they still haven’t dispatched my pens, and still no firm date for delivery.

Not good enough. This is medical treatment, and I’m now basically 4 days off it, and will likely be at least a week behind by the time they sort this out.

I have complained, and they have apologised, but I’m not happy. They must be getting loads of abuse, as their phone system has a recorded message saying zero tolerance etc etc.

I hope they don’t go bust!

anyone else with issues? I’m on 7.5mg.

They're not the only ones behaving like this unfortunately, this has been a cash cow for pharmacies and some have handled it better than others. I agree it's bad behaviour all round, ordered a pen weeks ago, only just got it, no checks, no questions asked.

What is their excuse for this OP? They sent out an email yesterday saying they were having some huge flash sale, making their MJ the cheapest on the market whilst stocks lasted.

I believe it promptly crashed their website . Who’d have thought it eh?

I do wonder how oushk will do going forward given they say about 90% of their business model is exclusively weight loss (and done well out of it)- the previous “we take care of you” approach is being massively tattered by the (apparent) complacency at the moment.

I was thinking of going with them for maintenance but heard so many negative things recently it's starting to put me off!

They said they had supplier issues. However, when this all kicked off, they clearly stated that they were selling current stock at pre 1st September prices. So something doesn’t ring true.

alsi when I called them last week, they said I’d get my delivery on Saturday. That wasn’t true. And when I called again on Monday, they can’t give a date at all, but probably Thursday or Friday! It’s a nightmare getting though in the phone too.

I just want what I’ve ordered then i can shop around in two months time. Hopefully things will have settled down by then.

If you can afford it I'd be tempted to buy one on next day delivery from another company just so you have a pen to jab with while you're waiting if they've given you no indication.

This is the problem when people go mad and buy several pens. The supplier may have struggled to keep up with demand and may take a while to catch up. I think it’s been selfish act, buying a few pens. Companies should not have allowed it. Then everyone would be fine.

Oushk were actually encouraging you to buy three pens at the old prices. They said it was for existing customers and from existing stock. I don’t think anyone should feel selfish for taking them up on their offer.

Lets not overthink things…. We are merely customers of a profit making business. They have accepted the order and taken the money almost a month ago. If they didn’t have the stock, they should have communicated this.

I did consider this, but don’t know if having another 3 x 7.5mg pens is gonna be right or wrong. So hard to predict what my MJ journey will be over the next three months. And it would be an expensive mistake.

The flash sale that wasn’t really a sale whilst struggling to fulfill orders makes me wonder about their cashflow to be honest.

It’s annoying, because I ordered a pen from Cloud during the pandemonium and was underwhelmed. No ID check, it’s up to me to inform my GP and the pen arrived at room temperature.

For all the drama, I’m actually more confident in the Oushk model and the pens have always arrived cold. I’d be happy to stick with them, but only if they remain competitive and reliable. As PP have pointed out, there are alternatives.

I ordered two pens during the panic - don’t shoot me I honestly didn’t realise places were going to run out… my delivery date with Oushk was the 29th August as that’s the only day I could be in. I was very worried that my order wouldn’t be honoured but it all happened as smoothly as previously so maybe you were just unlucky OP. I am nervous though - I am very close to the end of my journey and about to begin tapering down - I have my maintenance call booked for the end of September and I wanted to go onto the maintenance model where I pay monthly to have the guarantee that I can reorder if I’m struggling to maintain… I do worry that I will find my self needing to reorder in six months time and Oushk won’t exist anymore!!

It's no secret that pharmacies were/are struggling financially and this must have been like manna from heaven when it came along. The price hike must have seen the pharmacies inundated with unprecedented orders, they got greedy, and allowed greed to obfuscate common sense.
I ordered a 10 pen in the panic, not from oushk I might add, (I am now well under goal) and had a three month gap, but panicked, no checks, it took ages but it arrived. They haven't behaved very well have they.

I ordered my usual pen from Oushk just after the panic started (I had no idea anything was different), and was surprised to see 10 was out of stock so I went with 7.5 as I’m close to goal. I did get my pen as expected, so I agree you may have been unlucky OP.

I have been ignoring the flash sales, discount codes, pharmacy hopping and stockpiling, and am sticking with Oushk at least for now. Most pharmacies behaved oddly this August, and I think we’ll get a better sense of how things are really looking by Oct.

Ive found them reliable and my orders have arrived cold and on time. One box a bit ripped but pen okay.

Been with them since February.

My order arrived today. Agree with pp, hopefully things will have settled by October. I will probably shop around for cheapest supplier then. I was gonna do that anyway until
the MJ world turned upside down

I switched to Cuva Health, order was literally approved within hours and i got it next day via royal mail, defo sticking with them, fairly cheap too.
