….or is there a dose left? I can’t tell. I’m not looking for the golden dose. I just don’t know if I have had three or four doses.

You've had 4 doses.

That's 4 gone but you can always get the 5th dose if you want. Many do.

This is how the current pens look after each dose, but be aware there is a modification coming which includes a reduction in fill volume so plunger position will change once the modified pens start coming through.
