What do they actually do?

I bought some as kept seeing them recommended for people on MJ but Ive been taking them (admittedly only 2 a day rather than the supposed 6 as that sounded a lot!) but I haven't noticed any different.

Tmi warning ......

Pre MJ I had some bowel urgency and slight Incontinence due to adhesion but since being on MJ that's gone, presumably due to slower digestion?

So what does psyllium husk do?

It’s a solvable fibre, so it’s good for digestion, and will help stool motility. It can also help balance blood sugar and help reduce cholesterol. Basically it will help prevent constipation.

What Chickens said. Easy to take. They do the job so to speak. And you're spot on why the change in your system.
