Renewal form with Cheq-up

Hi,

I’m wondering if anyone understands what it means when you see the message renewal form to be completed before dispatch. I have recently signed up to Cheq up, my ID and BMI have been verified and I can see that they have offered, Wegovy 0.25. It also shows the next renewal date of payment in a month, however, it mentions that it cannot dispatch the item until I receive the renewal form. Is this standard practice and has anyone experienced the same?

It’s just 3 questions - asking about any changes to your health and then you put your weight in. Takes a few mins. Then they approve the form and your medication is sent. If they have any questions they just ask. I’ve found them fairly transparent and quick.

I found it quite confusing because on the account it showed all the information and the next payment date and the payment was taken this morning verified and then on the other hand it was saying “IF” approved you would be sent a form so I wasn’t sure whether I had been or not but what you said makes sense.
