Does this sound normal?

Had my second jab on Friday night.
Last week I felt fine, a bit off it until Tuesday/wednesday, then great.

Last night I had tea, felt satiated (but not full) and carried on eating. Today I’ve had diarrhoea and have barely been able to eat anything.
For tea tonight I managed about a third of a chicken breast, some green beans and a bit of courgette and had to leave the rest. I have a bit of an uncomfortable gurgly tum.

Writing this down it sounds like the jab is doing what it’s meant to do, but as the previous week and a half have been ok for eating I didn’t expect this!

Tomorrow I will try to eat little bits through the day.
Any advice for a newbie would be great, TIA

what did you eat the night before for tea? Most people react with fatty or greasy food or heavy carbs. Personally I've been ill 3 times in 11 months, twice with pizza and once with a greasy beef burger. Never had them again and all fine. I've seen posts about pasta making people ill and spicy food too.
Are you drinking plenty of water? Especially if you've had diarrhoea, make sure you keep up fluids.

The effects build up over time as each week you haven’t fully cleared the Mounjaro from your system and you then top it up.

it slows your digestion down so your stomach takes longer to empty. When you feel satiated that is your cue to stop eating. If you overate yesterday then it’s no wonder you can’t eat today.

as the amount in your system increases week on week you should monitor how you feel going forwards very carefully. If you are already getting diarrhoea and gurgling you might be someone who is strongly affected by the drug and would have major side effects if you double the dose to 5mg for your next pen.

What was your thinking here? Or just a bad habit? (Won't repeat what PP have pointed about about slowing down stomach-emptying, thinking about what you ate the previous night, and increasing levels of the drug in your body all of which I agree with).

Sorry, forgot to come back to this!

It was completely bad habit and nothing else.
Before MJ I didn’t ever feel full, and never had the stop eating signals. Now I get it subtly. I’m getting used to listening to it and have done much better this week.
